Adjustable Parameters
- Beam width – inner width of the bracket
- Beam height – inner height of the bracket
- Support length – depth of the beam support section
- Hole diameter – mounting hole size
- Material width – wall and structural thickness
Printing Recommendations
- Material: PETG
- Nozzle: 0.4 mm
- Layer Height: 0.20 mm
- Walls/Perimeters: 4
- Infill: 30–50% Gyroid or Cubic
- Supports: Not Required
- Print orientation: Back plate flat on the build plate
For structural applications, PETG is strongly recommended due to its better toughness and weather resistance compared to PLA.
