<h2>Interlocking Side Cover Cap</h2><p>I designed this cap to close the small compartment on the motorcycle's side fairing, improving aesthetics and protecting the opening from dust and dirt.</p><p>The piece was designed to integrate with the motorcycle's original design, maintaining clean lines and a finish that recalls OEM plastics.</p><h2>Features</h2><ul><li>✔️ Interlocking assembly, no permanent modifications.</li><li>✔️ No screws or adhesive needed.</li><li>✔️ Flush design with the fairing.</li><li>✔️ Easy to remove thanks to the small side notch.</li><li>✔️ Excellent for printing in PETG or ASA.</li></ul><h2>Recommended Print Settings</h2><ul><li>Material: PETG / ASA</li><li>Layer height: 0.20 mm</li><li>Infill: 20-30%</li><li>Supports: not necessary</li><li>Orientation: print with the outer face flat on the build plate.</li></ul><h2>Notes</h2><p>The model was designed based on my motorcycle's measurements and may require slight calibration depending on printer tolerances.</p><p>If you print it, please leave a photo and a comment: I'm curious to see your results and any improvements you might have made!</p>
