The Quad Lock Universal Adapter is designed to attach directly to your phone, case, or other devices so you can snap them securely into your existing Quad Lock mounting system.
The Story: I ordered the OEM adapter, but it failed to arrive in time for my motorcycle trip! Once again, 3D printing saved the day. I designed this precise replica, sliced it, and went to work.
Battle-Tested Performance:
- The Print: Printed in PETG-CF (Carbon Fiber) for maximum rigidity and UV/temperature resistance.
- The Installation: Cleaned the back of the phone (smooth glass) with isopropyl alcohol and attached the mount using high-quality double-sided adhesive tape (like 3M VHB).
- The Test: This mount performed flawlessly through an entire week of hard riding—2500 km of rough gravel roads, mud, heavy rain, and intense sunshine. Vibration-proof and rock-solid!
