Description
Is your car's AC vent broken? No need to buy an expensive OEM replacement! This is a 3D Printed replacement for the inner louver and directional vanes. It creates a more aggressive look, I recommend a matte finish for a better result inside the car cabin
⚠️ IMPORTANT MATERIAL NOTE: DO NOT USE PLA! The inside of the car under the sun can exceed 60-70°C. PLA would deform within a day
- Recommended material: ASA (highly UV and heat resistant) or PETG (as a minimum choice, although ASA/ABS is definitely preferable for dashboard components)
- Layer Height: 0.16mm or 0.20mm (to ensure the small rotating pins print accurately)
