Vinyl Record Coasters Collection & Storage Box

This project includes a complete set of vinyl-style coasters and a matching storage box that holds up to 10 coasters.

I've uploaded PDF files containing all the label designs listed below:

• The Rolling Stones
• Metallica
• Nirvana
• Queen
• U2
• Deep Purple
• Pink Floyd
• The Beatles
• AC/DC

The coaster models include a 0.4 mm recessed area in the center specifically designed to fit the printed labels. Simply print the labels, cut them out, and glue them into the recess.

For users with a cutting plotter (such as a Cricut or similar machine), the label dimensions are:

• Standard coaster label: 37 mm diameter
• Box cover label: 39 mm diameter
• Center hole: 6 mm diameter

Since these are functional coasters, I recommend either:

• Printing on waterproof paper, or
• Printing on glossy photo paper (the option I used)

If you choose photo paper, a light coat of clear waterproof spray applied only to the printed label works very well. The coaster itself does not require any additional treatment.

The storage box has been designed to hold 10 coasters and is included with the project.

You may notice that I intentionally left the top of the box blank. I preferred the cleaner look and also wanted a little surprise when opening it. In addition, the box lid does not have the same recessed area as the coasters, so labels do not sit as nicely on the surface.

However, if you would like to decorate the lid as well, the dedicated box-cover label is included separately in the PDF files and can be used if desired.
