Skeletonized Axis-Lock Folding Utility Knife
Print Profile(4)

Bill of Materials
Description
This is a utility knife featuring a functional axis-lock mechanism. The locking components are concealed within the limited space of the knife's back, allowing the spine to feature a fully skeletonized, open-frame design. Additionally, the locking pin is printed parallel to the build plate, which significantly enhances its structural integrity.
The knife is precisely engineered to fit standard Stanley utility blades with a length of 62mm.
Versions Available: I have provided two versions for download:
- Hardware-Free Version: Can be assembled using only the blade (no extra hardware required).
- Reinforced Version: Offers superior strength and durability. Requires one M3-6mm screw, one M3-12mm screw, and two M3 nuts.

The strength of 3D-printed knives cannot be guaranteed and they are suitable only for light-duty tasks, such as cutting paper or opening Amazon packages. Unless otherwise specified, all of my knife designs are intended for light-duty use only.
