Acer Nitro V16S Power Cable Clip

This cable clip will protect your power port and keep the plug horizontal. 

It also adds some protection incase the cord was yanked on. The clip is very tight and will stop the plug from ripping out initially.

Some brief sanding may be necessary for the inside clip where the cord goes.  But I'd rather have it tight than lose. 

The design is that it won't pop out easily. It's reinforced from side to side of the vent opening. The inside clip locks in the chassis of the laptop.  To remove, gently bend up or down. Do not pull straight out or twist. 

Print Settings: (I would use a heat resistant filament like ABS or PETG.)

• At least 30% infill
• Support Enabled at a threshold angle of 9%. 
• Resolution: 0.2

Warning: Be patient removing the supports. The wings on the clip can snap and there goes your side to side reinforcement.
