This model is designed as a practical solution for the DXC2’s retraction and extrusion issues caused by the stock PTFE coupler setup. The original PTFE coupler design can allow unwanted movement, poor tube alignment, or inconsistent filament guidance, which may lead to extrusion errors, retraction problems, filament grinding, clogs, and unreliable print quality.
This fix reinforces and stabilizes the PTFE coupler area, helping the filament path stay cleaner, straighter, and more consistent during printing. By improving the support around the coupler and reducing unwanted motion, it helps the extruder feed filament more reliably, especially during frequent retracts and high-speed printing.
Warning-Still BETA, not fully released. Although this has passed 13 tester's successfully, this does not guarantee this will work with your setup. Please comment if you have experienced an issue.
