2026.3.30—— Important Update: The screw specification in the manual is revised to: 2.5mm×6mm.
This drivable radio-controlled US M3 Lee medium tank from World War II is an original design fully 3D printed by me. The entire electronic control system is built around the CyberBrick RC mainboard. No custom circuit boards are needed, so wiring and parameter tuning are straightforward.

The M3 Lee is an iconic early-WWII American medium tank with a unique look. It is fitted with a 75mm main gun mounted on the hull and a secondary 37mm autocannon on the turret. Large numbers of this tank were deployed to the North African campaign, making it a standout vintage armored vehicle model.

- Differential track drive: forward, reverse, tank spin on the spot and gentle turning. It delivers smooth handling with the matching dedicated remote controller.
- Servo-driven turret capable of full remote rotation; the main gun can launch 3mm caliber projectiles.
- Fully modular split design. All parts are easy to take apart and reassemble, simplifying future maintenance and part replacements.
The model’s geometry has been optimized for 3D printing. Most components require minimal support structures, which greatly boosts print success rates.
The tank components are split logically and compatible with nearly all consumer FDM desktop printers available.Recommended print layer height: 0.2 mm. Suggested printing filaments: PLA or PETG.All spare parts for this model are available for sale on MakerWorld.
