About:
Gone are the days of losing your pokemon save every time you put the r36s in your pocket! This is a fix for the legendary reset button issue with the R36S retro console. For context, the reset button is hard- wired to the board master reset, which you cannot disable with software. It's on the side of the console, right next to the power button, protrudes past the case, and instantly shuts off your console without saving your game if pressed.
Most people simply remove the button shell but I wanted a more complete fix, so I designed this. It's a small, simple to print, identical replacement for the power & reset button shell, with a much shallower reset button. This puts the cap inside the case, requiring a long pointy thing to press.
Print:
This would print will with a 0.2mm nozzle at default settings, but I used custom settings to make it print reliably on a 0.4mm nozzle. You can use my print profile to do this automatically, or see the below screenshots of my saved settings if you'd like to build your own.

Install:
I'm not going to retread ground by writing a full teardown instruction for the R36S as they exist all over the internet, but there is a quick written discription of the process below.
Remove the screws from the case to open it up, then remove the two screws in the middle of the PCB to loosen it. Pull the PCB forward, remove the old button caps and place this one in. Return the PCB, replace the two PCB screws, replace the case screws, and that's it.
