Introducing my custom-designed FDM 3D print model of Stitch, everyone's favorite little blue alien, now ready to guard your kitchen snacks!

This model isn't just a fun display piece; it is designed to be a fully functional refrigerator magnet. The back of the model features precision-modeled recesses perfectly sized to fit two standard 6x3mm magnets. The design captures Stitch in a playful, energetic pose with wide eyes and claws outstretched, full of mischief. 

Simply print, glue in your magnets, and let Stitch hold your notes and photos in style! I'd love to see how your different filaments capture his chaotic energy, so please share your makes!

 

Hardware Required:

  • 2x Neodymium Magnets (6mm diameter x 3mm thickness)
  • A drop of superglue (CA glue) to secure the magnets in the recesses.

Printing Profile:

To achieve this look with sharp details and distinct layer lines, I suggest using the following profile:

  • Filament: PLA
  • Nozzle: 0.4mm
  • Layer Height: 0.2mm
  • Infill: 10-15% Grid (Provides a good balance of weight for the magnets)
  • Wall Loops: 2-3 (For extra strength around the magnet holes)
  • Supports: Automatic Tree (with Brim)
