UESC cert from MARATHON (Dire Marsh Night)
Print Profile(2)

Description
Model of a UESC cert (certificate) from Dire Marsh (Night) from MARATHON Season 02 Nightfall. Model fully done by me in Autodesk Fusion and optimized for quick printing with minimal waste. I tried to stay as close to the original model from the game and the cinematic trailer as possible (see images below).
Size: 100x50x5 mm
Print profiles:

1xAMS: less detailed model (coloured parts on the sides are missing). Fastest print time (around 1h) and least amount of waste. The glowing cross is printed separately and is glued in place.

2xAMS or TOOLCHANGER: fully detailed model including coloured parts on the side. Everything prints at once and no assembly required. Best to be used with dual nozzle systems with multiple AMS ond/or toolchanger printers. With traditional single nozzle printer this model would take around 3h and be a lot of waste - therefore NOT recommended.
Printed on BambuLab P1S, 0.4 mm nozzle on smooth PEI plate. Single AMS.

Tips:
- The file should be sliced optimally
- if you decide to tweak the settings yourself, please consider the settings below
- DO NOT USE IRONING! It looks awful (see image below)
- USE MATTE WHITE PLA FILAMENT, otherwise the colours from layers beneath will bleed through

Print settings:
- 0.2 mm layer height
- 15% gyroid infil
- wall generator: arachne (pun unintended)
- smooth PEI plate
- NO IRONING → does no look good on that model due to small details (but your specific setting might be better)
- Quality: top surface flow ratio: 0.99 (enable developer tools under preferences)
- Quality: Only one wall on top surfaces → Topmost surface only
- Speed: Top surface → 30 mm/s
Used filaments:
- SUNLU PLA Silk Gold
- eSUN PLA+ Blue
- SUNLU PLA+ 2.0 Black
- eSUN PLA Matte Milky White
eSUN PLA+ Red
