For my K40 CO₂ laser, I wanted a cleaner and more stable exhaust solution than the original design. That's why I designed and printed this multi-part exhaust adapter myself.

The system consists of:
• Outer part
• Inner part
• Hose adapter

The parts are screwed together to form a stable connection between the laser housing and the exhaust hose. For assembly, brass threaded inserts (Heat-Set Inserts / melt-in nuts) can be used to achieve a durable and repeatedly detachable connection.

The goal was better airflow, a clean look, and an easily maintainable design.

Features:
• Self-designed for K40 CO₂ laser
• Multi-part construction for easy assembly
• Integrated hose connection
• Stable due to screw connection and threaded inserts
• Large, smooth transitions for better airflow

Print Tips:
– PETG or ABS/ASA recommended (more heat resistant)
– Print parts with sufficient perimeters if possible
– Carefully melt in threaded inserts

Note:
Before use, always check that airflow, fastening, and distance to heat-affected areas are sufficient.
