Carin - Staked Stones - Steinmann - Steinturm

Description
While on vacation in 2022 at Lake Constance in Uhldingen-Mühlhofen, I discovered this exact stone cairn (a tower of stacked stones) on the shoreline of the lake. I then looked for a model for my garden but couldn't find anything that I liked. So I decided to recreate the stone tower from the photo.
The model consists of two parts, and the top section simply needs to be attached with super glue. I designed it this way because I have also printed the model at a much larger size than the one shown here. The model can be scaled to any size, but both parts must be scaled equally.
I printed the model using lightning infill to minimize filament usage. Due to the shape of the model, a considerable amount of support material is required, but with the filament I used, the supports were very easy to remove.
After printing, I first applied a primer, then sprayed the model with granite-effect paint, and finally finished it with a black wash.
