Description

UPDATE: 07/10/2026

I changed the tolerances for the hooks, top bar and TPU feet for a much better fit. After a few months I got tired of the hooks falling off every time I removed a nose piece. The new tolerances eliminate that entirely. The same applies for the top bar, while it did not move, it was a bit loose and I did not like it. I also made the tolerances tighter for the TPU feet to avoid needing to use glue. Regardless, feel free to use a small amount of super glue to secure the feet if you'd like. Also, you do not have to print the feet in TPU, you can use whatever material you'd like, but TPU provides just enough grip for the drying station to not move around.

While the assembly is very straight forward, more force will be required to insert the top bar and hooks into the columns. The top bar should be installed to the column first, then the hooks, and then that assembly into the base. I used a small rubber hammer and a few gentle taps.

Hello everyone!

I had a very specific need to manage my Resmed Airsense 11's tank after each use. Resmed and all Durable Medical Equipment home care companies recommend that CPAP users wash their nose piece everyday, rinse and air dry their humidifier tank to avoid bacteria buildup and mold development. I do this everyday and of course this means dealing with water dripping from the tank. To solve this, I created a drying station which features 4 hooks, a honey comb grate, a drip tray, a beam and TPU feet. The hooks can be used for multiple nose pieces and/or to hang other pieces to dry after performing the bi-weekly machine cleaning. The beam helps support the tank and keeps it open to allow airflow. The TPU provide enough grip so that the tray does not slide around (I only tested this with 90A TPU).

The model fits printers with 256mm print plates or larger. I printed it in Bambu Lab Light grey and indigo for the Retro- SNES theme. The feet were printed in Sunlu 90A black TPU.

Assembly:

  • First: insert the suspension bar into the larger holes of the pillars. The bar should slide in very easily, if it is a tight fit, your printer might need calibration. This model was printed in a P2S and H2C with no fit issues.
  • Second: gently tap the pillars to insert them into the holes on the drip tray ( I used the back of my LTT screwdriver to accomplish this. DO NOT use excessive force). Please note that the pillars are intentionally a tight fit for sturdiness.
  • Third: Insert the hooks into the sides of the pillars. Note: I have included pillars without the holes on a separate plate for those who do not need the hooks.
  • Fourth: apply a very small amount of glue the TPU feet and insert them into the holes of the drip tray. I used CA glue.
  • Fifth: place the honeycomb grate onto the drip tray.
  • Sixth: Enjoy!

While I have only tested this with a Airesense 11, I assume it will work with other machines. If you have a specific machine that you would like this for, please message me and send me the tank dimensions while open so that I can adapt the model to your machine's tank size. Please do not copy, republish or remix this model without messaging me first.

I hope this is helpful for someone! If it is, please consider rating, boosting and liking this model . Please also consider sharing photos of your prints as I would love to see your awesome color combinations! 😊
