Description
Large Decorative Deadeye Pulley for Pirate & Nautical Decor
Designed specifically for full-size decorative rigging. Most printable deadeyes are intended for miniature ship models, but this version is scaled for real rope and room-sized nautical displays.

The current model size was designed around approximately 25 mm (1") rope wrapped around the outside of the deadeye and 3/8" rope passing through the holes. The model can be scaled up or down to accommodate different rope sizes and applications.
A small flat spot has been incorporated on the bottom of the model to improve print stability and eliminate the need for supports. Once printed, this flat area is virtually unnoticeable during normal use and display.
The model shown in the photos is printed in wood-textured filament and weathered with paint to resemble aged ship hardware.
