Here is a slightly different dart stand from Danny Jansen “ The Mullet ” !
Particularly well suited for display cases! And it's also illuminated!

Assembly should be self-explanatory!
By the way, did you know that you can get LED strips (1m with switch) cheaply on Ali / Temu and similar sites?! It takes a while, but then it doesn't even cost 2 Euros!
