The model features an interlocking pin system, allowing you to connect them together seamlessly to build continuous safety walls or perimeters.
Print Profiles Included:
- Zero-Waste Multi-Color (Profile 1): Configured to print by object on the same bed. This allows you to print different colors (like red and white) at the same time with zero filament waste and no flush tower needed!
- Mass Production (Profile 2): A build plate completely filled with multiple copies, ready to mass-produce your safety perimeters in a single click.
Printing Recommendations:
- Nozzle: Optimized for a standard 0.4mm nozzle.
- Material & Weight: Extremely efficient! Each barrier weighs only around 6.5 grams, making it an economical and fast print.
- Scalable: This model is fully scalable. Feel free to resize it in your slicer to adapt it to 1:24, 1:48, or even HO scale projects!
- Supports: Designed with optimized geometry to print flat on the bed. No supports required.
Color Suggestions:
- Standard Roadworks: Alternating Red and White barriers (as configured).
