Truma Air Vent Nozzle VARIABLY ADJUSTABLE

Air vent outlet for Truma heater distributors in motorhomes or caravans

The new outlet consists of 2 parts

1. The base, which is inserted into the vent when the flap is open (Assemble first, then mount. See below)

2. The distributor itself. There are two variants here. An outlet with a 180° diffuser and one with a 90° diffuser

   Both are rotatable on the base and can be removed from the print bed before printing. Depending on which one you want or need

Assembly

For assembly, simply insert the base "carefully" (it's stable, just don't wedge it) into the distributor with a little wiggling and twisting

When the two parts are correctly assembled, the distributor can be rotated very well on the base

Now fully open the flap of the existing vent and insert the complete distributor into the vent with a little wiggling until it stops

Now you can simply adjust where you want the air by turning the head

Material Recommendation

Naturally, the air outlet gets very warm depending on how much you heat

ASA should work very well here. Of course, you can also test all other materials

PETG should be dimensionally stable up to approx. 65 degrees Celsius, which should also be sufficient in most cases
