Sizing & Scaling Guide: Default size is 20mm inside diameter (US 10.5 / UK U / EU 63).
Use this quick scaling cheat sheet based on internal diameter:
- US Size 8 (18.1 mm) → Scale to 90.5%
- US Size 9 (18.9 mm) → Scale to 94.5%
- US Size 10 (19.8 mm) → Scale to 99.0%
- US Size 10.5 (Default) (20.0 mm) → 100%
- US Size 11 (20.6 mm) → Scale up to 103.0%
- US Size 12 (21.4 mm) → Scale up to 107.0%
Recommended Print Settings:
- Material: PETG is highly recommended.
- Supports: Required.
- Layer Height: 0.12mm to 0.16mm for maximum detail on the engraving.
- Infill: 100% (Concentric) for weight and strength.
