Hello and Welcome to 3DEraTec!

When something breaks, it's often a shame. But it can always be repaired. With the Brio / Ikea wooden railway, the head of the track broke off, specifically at the bridge part.

Material / Filament: PETG or even better PETG CF or other fiber-reinforced ones.

Here are the instructions for the Repair Kit for the head.

Step 1: Check the bore, it should be 4mm!

Step 2: Drill out the hole with a Ø4 mm wood drill bit to a depth of approx. 6mm

Step 3: Insert the new head and glue it firmly. Adhesive / Glue / Superglue into the hole is a good idea.

Step 4: Let the glue dry. DONE
