I. Inspiration
Drawing inspiration from the vintage design of old derringer pocket pistols, discarding live ammunition structures, and relying on the TT motor ejection principle, it is modified into a safe water bead toy, replicating the simple and robust mechanical appearance of vintage firearms, while balancing nostalgic play and DIY creation fun.
II. Printing Material Requirements
The main body shell is printed using PLA filament, with moderate toughness and easy formation. The barrel components can be optionally printed with PETG to enhance wear resistance. All parts have a wall thickness of ≥1.8mm, and supports are only added at the hollow round holes to reduce filament waste.
III. Internal Assembly Parameters
Built-in TT drive motor + 14500 lithium battery for power supply. The casing reserves a standard battery slot. The transparent receiver allows direct observation of the gear motor operation, compatible with 6mm safe water beads. It has no gunpowder firing mechanism and is for recreational play only.
