Aesthetic fairy tale style small house hamster and Syrian hamster wheel counter

After a long struggle, I finally completed this universal, aesthetically pleasing fairy tale-style small house hamster and Syrian hamster exercise wheel counter. In fact, there are few counters on the market, and many have installation restrictions. This counter uses a side-mounted installation method, so as long as the cage has space, it can be installed and used

The counter counts via magnetic induction; a magnet is installed on the exercise wheel, and if the counter and wheel are at an appropriate distance, it can detect and successfully count. I tested it myself; with one N52 magnet, the sensing distance is approximately 25mm, and with two N52 magnets, it's approximately 35mm
The counter is powered by a AAA battery and can be used continuously for several months. The screen displays the current number of laps and the historical cumulative total in real time, along with a battery level indicator
The screen uses a TN segment LCD, the kind typically found in student calculators and thermometers. A characteristic of this type of screen is its narrow viewing angle; the optimal viewing range is approximately between 60° and 90°. When viewed outside this range, the contrast will rapidly decrease until "all segments light up" or the display becomes garbled. Therefore, it is generally recommended to view it at eye level. If the cage is positioned too low or too high, and you cannot view it at eye level even by bending down or standing on tiptoes, for example, if placed on the floor, the readings might not be clear

The circuit part has been open-sourced on the LCSC open-source platform; you can get PCBs for free every month, so replicating it won't actually cost much
