*This handle model works with Powerblock Elite EXP (shown in picture), Sport 50, Comm 125/175, Sport 9.0, Sport EXP, U50/70/90, U125/ 175 (XXXL), Pro 50/ Pro EXP, Powerblock EXP, Comm Pro 50/90.
I improved the print profile and created 3 different sizes from the original 32mm standard barbell handle diameter. Powerblock Knurled Handles now comes with 3 different diameters: 32 mm, 35 mm, & 40 mm. Includes both 0.4 mm and 0.6 mm nozzle profiles. The profile is 25% gyroid infill 5 wall loops for the 0.4mm nozzle profile and 4 wall loops for 0.6mm nozzle profile.
- To use this adapter, first remove the two bolt screws on either end of your powerblock handles.
- Next, use an X-Acto knife to cut the original rubber padding encasing the hexagonal metal core.
- Finally, please see the orientation of the handles fit for top and bottom base; please note that the knurled handle with the ring end go to the top and the handle without the ring end goes towards the bottom of the powerblock base.
**Please only remove one powerblock handle at a time so that you can use the original powerblock handle as a reference.
**When aligning the knurled handles to the base, make sure that the Z-seam side is facing away from the top for a more aesthetic result.
