Description

Short Description: An elegant, high-flow alternative to the stock Intex pool nozzle. Inspired by Dyson's bladeless fan technology, it utilizes the Venturi effect to move significantly more water than enters it. Prints completely support-free!

Description: Upgrade your pool's water flow and circulation with this sleek, high-efficiency water inlet nozzle. Designed specifically for Intex and Bestway above-ground pools, this model utilizes a unique geometry inspired by Dyson's bladeless fans.

The nozzle features a 90-degree angled output combined with a center bore hole. By employing the Venturi principle, the high-velocity water entering the nozzle creates a low-pressure zone that draws in and accelerates the surrounding pool water. This allows the nozzle to move a much larger volume of water than just the stream coming from your filtration pump, pushing it deeper into the pool for superior chemical mixing and turnover.

Key Features:

  • Venturi Effect Acceleration: Multiplies water movement by drawing in surrounding water through the center ring.
  • Support-Free Printing: Smartly designed to print easily without any support structures.
  • Direct Fit: Swaps directly with your standard stock Intex nozzle.

Recommended Print Settings:

  • Material: PETG or ASA/ABS (Highly recommended for UV and chlorine resistance. PLA will degrade quickly in a pool environment).
  • Infill: 15% (Gyroid is highly recommended for optimal internal strength and water drainage).
  • Wall Loops / Perimeters: 3 or 4 walls to ensure structural strength and water-tightness.
  • Layer Height: 0.20mm works perfectly.
  • Supports: None / No supports needed.
