Real Estate Tycoon DLC Stock Market Swings Expansion Pack
Print Profile(1)

Description
Since I really enjoyed the Monopoly board game released by creator @张师傅, and during my experience, I wanted to create a DLC to expand the gameplay, and there was no similar gameplay on the market, so I created this DLC
Full game: Monopoly + Ludo (no AMS needed) - Free 3D Models - MakerWorld
This gameplay is suitable for 4 or more players
[One player needs to act as the bank NPC]
Rules:
Preparation phase: Place the replacement spaces on the original parking lot
I. Listing Rules
1. When all [Deeds] are sold, [Real Estate] stocks are listed
2. When all [Airports] are sold, [Airline] stocks are listed
3. When [Water Works] and [Electric Company] are sold, [Public Infrastructure] stocks are listed
4. When the first player draws [Chance]/[Business Activity], [Public Welfare] stocks are listed
II. Buying Stocks
1. After the last player to start passes the [Start] space, all players can buy listed stocks during their turn
2. Players [cannot] trade stocks privately
III. Stock Market Operations
1. From the time a stock is listed, whenever a player goes to a corresponding location such as [Any City], [Airport], [Utilities], [Chance/Business], roll the [Rise and Fall Dice] or [Normal Dice (size)] to determine the stock trend. It is important to note that [Real Estate] stocks are only affected when a player performs a [Pay Rent] action; if no transaction occurs in the next round, there is no effect
2. When a stock reaches -100% or +100%, the bank rolls the dice again; if it continues to rise or fall, the stock is [Limit Up]/[Limit Down]
This causes the stock to be forcibly suspended. The bank forcibly settles the [Bonds] held by players
3. Using the round indicator, 10 rounds constitute a stock market cycle. In round 1, all players can [buy] stocks. Rounds 2-10 only support [sell] operations. During the settlement round, all held shares are forcibly [sold], and the [stock indicator] returns to its central original price
If a limit up or limit down occurs, a forced settlement is made
4. When a player goes to the [Securities Center] (parking lot), draw a stock market event card
This gameplay increases the demand for chips of 500, 100, and 20 denominations, so it is recommended to print some extra reserves
(Rules can be modified and adjusted by yourself)
