Premium Kolinsky sable and synthetic miniature paintbrushes are highly susceptible to structural damage caused by vertical tip stress and rapid pigment re-contamination. This design introduces a technically engineered workflow fluid dynamics solution to preserve brush tips while extending the utility of your rinsing water.

Advanced Performance Features

• Brush Tip Protection (Core Feature): A central hollow lets the brush tip suspend freely in the water. The bristles never press against the bottom, completely preventing bent tips and split hairs.
• Side Cleaning Ridges: Horizontal inner rings let you gently rub the sides of the brush to release paint. This cleans deep pigments easily without applying dangerous downward pressure.
• Protective Desktop Lid: This optional drop-in cover preserves clean water by stopping evaporation and protecting the rinsing well from dust, pet hair, or workspace debris between sessions. Note: Features a drop-in clearance fit engineered exclusively for stationary desk use to prevent splashes; it is not a sealed travel container.
• Pigment Trap Bottom: The cone-shaped bottom collects heavy paint pigments at the absolute lowest point. This isolates the old paint mud so your rinsing water stays clean much longer.
• Stable Wide Base: The flared bottom creates a wide footprint and a very low center of gravity. This makes the water pot highly stable and difficult to tip over accidentally.
• Built-in Brush Holders: Grooves on the top edge hold your brushes horizontally while drying or resting. This stops dirty water from flowing into the metal ring and ruining the hair glue.

Printing & Slicing Recommendations

• Recommended Material: Optimized for Matte PLA, PETG, or ABS.
• Layer Height: 0.16 mm for clean agitation ring resolution.
• Infill Pattern: 8% Gyroid to balance structural loading and minimize internal tension.
• Watertight Engineering (Critical): To ensure long-term hydro-stability without clear-coats or post-processing sealants, slice using 2 perimeters/walls coupled mandatorily with 10 top shell layers and 10 bottom shell layers. This creates an impenetrable solid plastic floor that completely prevents water weeping.
