Fan Head Tilt Pivot

Description
Hello,
Here is a replacement part for the tilt mechanism of a fan head. This part connects the head of the Base Line RT-30 table fan model no. 5295431.
I reverse-engineered it from the original broken part, as there was no commercially available spare part for this model. If your fan has the same pivot breakage, this part can help you out.
For me, it works perfectly.
A personal note: this is my very first modeled part and my first publication on MakerWorld! Feel free to give me feedback; I'm a beginner and it will help me improve.
Note on the lower hole: the central hole of the bottom peg is slightly off-center by a few mm. This should not be a problem during assembly — you will just need to slightly loosen the guide rod. If you want a perfect fit, you can recenter the hole or slightly ream it.
Main dimensions:
- Total height: ~40 mm
- Upper cube (interlocking): 6.1 mm
- Main cylinder: Ø9.93 mm × 25 mm
- Oval base: 22.44 mm long, 5.11 mm thick, width 13 mm → 9 mm
- Lower peg: Ø7 mm × 4.21 mm, drilled with a 3.4 mm central hole
Recommended print settings:
Material: PETG (recommended for heat resistance and strength; avoid PLA)
Infill: 50 %
- Walls: 4
- Supports: yes (for the lower peg)
- Orientation: to be defined according to needs, flat if aesthetics are not required
Note: unofficial repair part, designed by an individual. Verify your own dimensions before printing, tolerances may vary from one unit to another.
