Capper lives in the Warm Shores of Zoora, where the water is always a little warmer than in the rest of the rivers. She loves to stay half-submerged and watch leaves, seeds, and twigs float by, because she says that slow water always ends up telling a story. One afternoon she noticed something strange: in a quiet backwater, all the leaves began to spin in a circle even though there was no current. Capper approached slowly and saw that, in the center, a seed was spinning alone just above the mud, as if pointing to an exact spot. When she touched it with her snout, the water parted for an instant, revealing a round stone hidden beneath the bottom. On its edge were lines very similar to the paths Tambo saw drawn under the dust… and in the center appeared a hollow with the same shape as the stone wheel Roko found. Before the mud covered everything again, Capper heard water running deep below, as if several tunnels converged in the same place. Since then, she believes that the ancient path under Zoora not only crosses land and sea… it also meets under the rivers, waiting for the missing piece to open completely.
