Replacement gasket for WOLF UniAir design valves (CWL 125R round and 125Q square).

This is the rubber gasket on the valve body that holds the valve in the ceiling opening or wall connection and seals it against the ventilation duct. I tested it on the round variant (125R). It should also fit the square 125Q, but I haven't tried that myself.

Why reprint: Over time, the original becomes brittle, crumbles, and loses its grip. In my case, the entire valve fell from the ceiling as a result. Typical signs: the valve is loose, rattles, is too easy to remove, or has already fallen out. The original part (WOLF Art. No. 1670445) can be purchased, but the delivery time was so long for me that I didn't want to wait that long. So I reverse-engineered the gasket based on measurements of the original part and printed it in TPU.

Construction: A circumferential ring with an outward-facing groove. The inner wall sits on the valve nozzle, and the two lips seal outwards against the duct.

Dimensions (approx.): Outer Ø 126.5 mm, Inner Ø 112 mm, Height 13.5 mm.

Material: TPU 95A, I printed with it and it works well. A softer type (e.g., 85A) would probably be closer to the original (EPDM), but I haven't tested that myself.

Printing: Lay flat on the bed (as the file is oriented), no supports needed. The overhanging lip is designed to be self-supporting at 45°. The standard preset "Bambu TPU 95A" worked without problems for me.

Fit: The file already includes a small tolerance for TPU. If the print is too tight or too loose, simply scale it minimally in the slicer or leave a comment, and I will upload an adjusted variant.
