⚙️ Recommended Print Settings

To ensure maximum functionality, strength, and flawless aesthetics, please configure your slicer with the following settings:

  • Infill Density: Use a high infill of 90% to 95%. If your printer is well-calibrated and does not suffer from over-extrusion, you can go up to 100% (Solid Infill) for maximum compressive strength.
  • Top/Bottom Surface Pattern: Set this to Concentric. A concentric pattern follows the circular geometry of the washer, resulting in a beautiful, clean finish and a more even distribution of mechanical stress.
  • Material Selection: Standard PLA or PETG works great for basic applications. For high-temperature environments or higher mechanical loads, industrial filaments like ABS, ASA, or Nylon (PA) are highly recommended.
