Polaris Outlaw 70 Thumb Throttle Extension

Make riding easier for smaller hands.

This thumb throttle extension was designed and tested on a 2021 Polaris Outlaw 70 to help younger riders operate the throttle more comfortably and with less effort.

The extension slides directly over the factory thumb throttle and is secured using two zip ties. By increasing the contact area and leverage, it reduces thumb fatigue and makes throttle control easier for young riders during longer rides.

No permanent modifications are required, and installation takes only a few minutes.

Installation

1. Slide the extension over the factory thumb throttle.
2. Install two zip ties through the provided slots.
3. Tighten and trim excess zip tie material.
4. Verify proper throttle operation before riding.

Recommended Print Settings

Material: PETG Recommended, PLA also works. Both print profiles provided. 

Layer Height: 0.20mm

Walls: 5

Infill: 15% Gyroid

Supports: None Required

Print in the provided orientation.
