Baofeng UV-32 / DM-32 BNC Adapter Support Collar

A small support collar/washer for the Baofeng UV-32 and DM-32 when using a common SMA to BNC adapter.

This part sits around the SMA to BNC adapter and helps cover/support the exposed stem area above the radio body. It makes the adapter feel more solid and gives the connector area a cleaner, more durable setup.

Fitment

Tested on a Baofeng UV-32 / DM-32 using a common SMA to BNC adapter like the onelinkmore SMA to BNC adapter kit.

This fit worked well on my radio and adapter, but please double check your own fit before relying on it. Small differences between adapters, filaments, and printers can change the final fit.

Material

Printed in PETG-CF using the included MakerWorld print profile with shrinkage compensation.

Because this is used around an antenna connector, I highly recommend doing your own conductivity test on the finished print before installing it. I tested mine, but carbon-filled filaments can vary, so do not assume your material is non-conductive.
