Description
This simple 3D-printed fix keeps shared lap belt buckles from falling into the deep gap between bus seats. It saves passengers, cleaners, and operators from the daily inconvenience of having to dig down into the crevices to find the seatbelts. Originally designed for a 1996 Volvo Plaxton bus, but the universal concept will likely fit many other coach models with a similar central bracket.
✨ Features: Rounded Edges: Specially designed smooth contours to completely prevent the seatbelt webbing from fraying. Easy Mounting: Features a pre-made 8mm countersunk hole. Installation requires drilling a small hole into the aluminum seat frame, threading it, and securing it with a short Allen key bolt.
Outer Dimensions: 70mm x 60mm footprint.
🖨️ Recommended Print Settings: Material Used: Printed in PLA. Note: PETG is highly recommended if the vehicle will be exposed to hot summer cabin temperatures to prevent warping.
