Lepus Blaster MK2 Battery Base Remix

This is a remix of the Lepus Blaster MK2 battery base designed to improve both mounting durability and battery fitment.

Changes

• Added a captive hex nut for use with a 6-32 thumbscrew
• Provides a stronger and more durable mounting solution
• Slightly increased internal battery clearance
• Drop-in replacement for the original battery base

Printing

Print using the same orientation as the original model. No special settings are required beyond those recommended for the original design besides having to pause the print at a certain layer to drop the hex nut in and then resuming the print.

Compatibility

Designed as a direct replacement for the original Lepus Blaster MK2 battery base.

Note

I also included a spacer that goes between the top of the motor and the cage because the shaft was touching the top case of the Lepus blaster. This is included just in case if it helped anyone out.
