Description
One Moon lit night my planned S50 session was spoilt by light pollution, I could not leave my original 3D printed tube attached as it would jam the arm when shutting down. This was the main reason for designing the Self Detaching Shield however it can also be described as a Dew Shield for those chilly nights - I will be using it all the time regardless.
It prints in two parts which are to be glued together carefully to maintain alignment.
