WS2812B RGB LED Strip Light (1pcs) - KA001 / RGB(97809)

Description

A sleek, minimalist floor lamp housing an RGB LED strip. Easy to assemble and a quick print. Power cord routes cleanly through the base. Great for mood lighting and room ambiance.

 

The microphone is completely optional — only needed if you want audio-reactive lighting.

If you don't want to create the WLED microcontroller yourself, here is a good option of a tiny premade controller: Gledopto ESP32 Mini

 

Assembly Instructions

  • Print your desired profile (DIY controller vs. premade controller version)
  • Add LED strip from top of the lamp body to top of diffuser channel
  • Trim diffuser to be flush with the top of the lamp base
  • Solder on wire and JST connector to your LED strip
  • Drill 3mm holes in diffuser channel to line up with holes on the lamp base
  • Secure diffuser channel with 3x M3*6 screws
  • Connect your barrel plug adapter to power & ground wires for the controller and LED strip
  • Wire the ESP32 according to the version you chose
  • Add JST connector on the power, ground, and data wires going to the LED strip
  • Secure ESP32 and barrel plug adapter to base

That's it! Plug it in, connect to the WLED app and you should be up and running!

 

If you have any experience with WLED, this should be a pretty simple assembly… if not, it's not hard to learn! Here is a great video to refer to and learn about addressable LEDs:
