Yanmar Yacht Ignition Switch Retaining Nut

Replacement retaining nut for a Yanmar yacht ignition switch.

Printed and test-fitted on a real ignition switch. The original retaining nut was broken, so this model was created as a replacement.

Print settings used:

• PLA Basic
• 0.20 mm layer height
• 15% infill
• 4 wall loops

For my printer, the best fit was achieved by scaling:

• X = 101%
• Y = 101%
• Z = 100%

Fit may vary depending on printer calibration and ignition switch model. If it fits, but doesnt screw in much, just increase the X and Y by 1% each test.
