How to Use & Seal

• Bottom Seal: Simply apply a layer of packing tape or high-quality painter's tape to the bottom of the housing to seal it tightly against your flat surface before pouring the silicone.
• Clamping: Use rubber bands or small spring clamps on the extended tabs at the ends to securely lock the two halves together and prevent any seam-lines.

Print Settings & Recommendations

• Material: PLA, PETG, or ABS.
• Infill: 15–20% (Gyroid or Grid recommended).
• Walls/Perimeters: 3 to 4 walls. Note: Because this housing is longer, extra walls help ensure the long sides stay perfectly rigid when filled with heavy silicone.
• Supports: Print flat on the bed. No supports needed; the registration pins are optimized for clean bridging.
