A250A Reel Antenna EFHW 40M
Print Profile(2)
Description
Got inspired by the Digitenna and decide to make my own version of it and upsize it for a FT-140-43 toroid instead of the original FT-82-43. Decided to make it America 250th Anniversary themed.
Added an optional knob to make it easier to spool in.
Also added a loop to make it easier to deploy.
Reel uses 5 M3x12MM socket head screws. You can also use 4 M3x16MM on the main reel if you so choose.
The knob is sized for an M3x12mm screw. Tighten it down all the way and back off until your desired spininess level.
There are plates for both SO239 and BNC connectors.
I am including a build list below.
