Chair Mat Non-Slip Anchor Pad

Description
The chair pad in my house has been slipping on the shag carpet for years. I finally created these very simple non-skid pads. I used double-sided carpet tape to attach four of them to the under side of my chair mat. They are very effective at stopping the mat from sliding out of place.
The only additional material is double-sided carpet tape.
