Description
Based on the original author's Volo Velo remix, considering that the upper part of the JAVA NEO aluminum steerer tube is a tapered tube, with the thinner part measuring 28.5mm, two spliced collars were added based on the original author's model, and the same inclination was used.
Also, for convenience of folding, the forward extension of the original author's model was shortened by 15mm to facilitate storage after folding.
