Description

Warning

To download the .zip files click on Download STL/CAD Files on the  drop down.

The complete ArUco 4x4 dictionary (IDs 0–999), optimized specifically for 3D printing and computer vision applications.  These high-contrast tracking markers are perfect for robotics, augmented reality, and positioning systems where durable, physical markers are required.

The model files are pre-scaled as 2.5x2.5 cm markers, but you can easily scale them in your slicer to any size you need. Just be sure to scale only along the X and Y axes so the thickness and color-change layers remain the same.

Feel free to download the 50, 100, 250 or 1000 .zip files or try one of the stand alone .step.

Features:

  • Dual-Body STEP Files
    • Designed with two distinct bodies per marker (one for each color), making multi-material setups or slicer color-blocking easier.
  • Easy Orientation
    • Features a subtle orientation mark in the top-left corner so you always know which way is up.
  • Built-In ID Labels
    • The specific ArUco ID is written on the back of each marker for quick physical identification.
  • Efficient Printing
    • Optimized to require only a single filament change.

Print Settings:

  • 0.2mm layer height
  • Base layer -> white
  • Second layer layer -> black
  • Use opaque filaments for best detection results
  • (Optional) Ironing the top-most layer

Note: Files are organized into convenient .zip packages (containing the 50, 250, 500, or 1000 dictionary sets), or you can download individual standalone .step files to test.

More types of ArUco and april tags to come!
