16mm Gasoline/Oil/Water Transfer Siphon Valve

This is a high-precision, functional Siphon Valve designed in Fusion 360 for 16mm tubing, specifically engineered for transferring liquids such as gasoline, diesel, or water from a jerrycan to a fuel tank.

Unlike standard PLA or PETG, which can degrade or swell when exposed to harsh chemicals, this model is specifically designed to be printed in Nylon (PA/PA-CF/PA12). Nylon provides the necessary chemical resistance against hydrocarbons (fuels and solvents), outstanding mechanical strength, and airtight tolerances required for a reliable siphon effect.

The model has been fully tested and optimized for printing on the Bambu Lab X1 Carbon.
