I have remixed Cortexian Ruger 10/22 Chortex Chassis

during testing I have found there was a good amout of deflection between the 2 main Chortex chassis available.

Redesigned this chassis with strength and weight in mind. For my needs I like the Chassis look and design but was 

a bit to light for my use and was deflecting a bit more than I would have liked.

added some thickness in areas as well as some heat inserts to tie the 2 half's together

only use 6 spots for the heat inserts the front half has 2 spots but only one spot is needed 

added more length to the back of the top handguard to take the gap away between the action and the top handguard added thickness to the mounting points of the top handguard for the mlok  

designed a top picatinny rail to tie the top handguard to the action.

also for people needing some weight for their chassis I have designed a mount for the orca rail to slide on and can fill with lead bb's  print this at a 45 degree to get best results with no supports or very little supports needed.

added to the files for everyone who would like to add a level to your chassis.

uses 1 m3 bolt 

one stanley level like in picture. level bubble measures 9.40mm round x 40mm long

to install simply remove stock and slip over install holding screw and install stock back on. 

also I would change 2 setting too. going with the 45 degree you have to change 2 settings . infill direction. sparse infill rotation direction. 0.01 .
and support pattern angle at 45 degrees . also do 3 interfere layers. for top and bottom layers

need x6  5mm heat inserts at 8mm long . I used the 10mm long heat inserts and filed them down to 8mm.

need x6   5mm x10 bolts/hex head button bolts 

need x3   4mm x30mm for the top long picatinny rail 

need x5   2mm   button head bolts for the weight system on orca rail. 

I installed a Picatinny rail on the 10/22 vs the stock weivers tail scope mount 

printed in PA12-CF
