Small manual miter box for precise cuts or cutting guide
I designed this compact manual miter box or cutting and miter guide to make clean and precise cuts with a hacksaw, especially for Leroy Merlin kitchen baseboards approximately 27 mm thick.
The cutting process is simple: first, the plastic is cut at 45°, and then the aluminum is cut straight, achieving a very precise and professional finish.
It's an easy-to-print model, without complications, lightweight, and provides an excellent guide that significantly improves cutting precision compared to doing it freehand.
Ideal for DIY projects where a good finish is desired without the need for power tools.
