The design features a centered guide hole (7.5mm from the edge) that directs the drill bit exactly into the core of the panel, preventing the screw from breaking out the side of the furniture. Ideal for quick assembly of cubbies, drawers, and boxes.

🖨️ Print Settings: The .3mf file is already configured for Bambu Studio and runs quickly and flawlessly on the Bambu Lab A1, ensuring dimensional accuracy right from the first print.

• Material: I strongly recommend using PETG to ensure mechanical flexibility, durability, and prevent the part from scratching the MDF. (PLA can be used, but it will be more fragile under pressure).
• Infill: 25% to 30% (Gyroid or Cubic) to provide resistance to tightening.
• Walls: 3 to 4 walls to reinforce the structure around the guide hole and at the corners.
• Orientation: Print with the larger flat face directly facing the build plate.
