You might know this feeling: The airflow from the leaf blower is strong – but sometimes simply too widely spread when you want to work precisely. The original Makita reducer was still a bit too big for me personally... so I quickly designed a more compact solution myself 😄

This adapter reduces the outlet of your Makita XPT leaf blower from approx. 75 mm to 40 mm and concentrates the airflow much more precisely. Result: more control, targeted air pressure, and less "I blow everything away – except exactly what needs to go" 😅

🧵 Print Recommendation

Please use PETG, ASA, or ABS.

Why? Because this part is meant to work – outdoors, in the workshop, and under stress 💪

PLA is not recommended (unless you like surprises with heat 😅).

Due to the closure/locking mechanism, support structures are needed.

Recommended:

• 25–35 % Infill
