This solar lamp was designed to use compact solar modules widely available on marketplaces and online stores, allowing for an elegant and customizable solution for outdoor lighting

The assembly features a top body that accommodates the solar module and a threaded bottom diffuser, facilitating assembly, maintenance, and component replacement when necessary

The diffuser part was designed to be printed in PETG Translucent, providing soft and pleasant lighting during the night

Included Versions

Two versions of the bottom piece are available

• Version without a hole
• Version with a central hole

During testing, the version with a hole showed better light distribution on the ground and also on the installation surface (pole or wall), creating a more interesting visual effect around the lamp

The version without a hole offers a more enclosed and discreet appearance, allowing the user to choose the option that best suits their project

⚙️ Printing Notes

Some parts include brim in the file to increase bed adhesion and reduce the risk of warping during printing

Depending on your printer, material used, and printing conditions, this brim may not be necessary. In such cases, it can be easily removed before printing or during file preparation

PETG is recommended for components exposed to the outdoor environment due to its higher resistance to heat and weathering 🌞🌧️

⚠️ Important Note

Exercise great care when removing the bottom part of the lamp from the print bed, especially the version with the central hole

Due to the geometry of the part and its contact area with the bed, it is recommended to use a spatula or appropriate tool to assist with removal. Forcing it off manually can cause deformations or even breakage of the part

Remove the part slowly, applying even force around the base to minimize the risk of damage 🔧
