DartSweeper 2026

Hi everyone,

This is Dart Sweeper 2026.

Recently, I bought a nut collector to pick up some darts as many of us do.

Unfortunately, I wasn't very happy with the results. It only picked up some Rival rounds and wasn't very effective for general dart collection.

So I thought something mixture of Robot vaccum clearner, dustpand and sweeper.

While researching, I discovered that another maker had previously created a dart sweeper that worked on a very similar principle.

Since my design ended up sharing the same basic concept, let's just call this Dart Sweeper 2026.

My main goals were:

• Keep it compact
• Make it easy
• Minimize the amount of required hardware

You may not...

• .. use outside of hard floor or carpet. It is intended for indoor use only.
• .. use silicon o-ring. It will stretch and come off.

• .. collecting darts other than half darts and rivals. To make every dart compatible will make sweeper just too big and we don't really use other types of darts..

   

   

It's not perfect, but I think many of you will find it useful.

Please use it as realistic situation. Parts of brush might break off if you try to sweep 200 darts at once.

Minimum Hardware

• O-ring: (2 pieces) 3 mm × 55 mm (inner diameter)
• Screws: (2 pieces)M5 x 50mm screws/pins (for attaching the sweeper to a broom stick)

• Broom stick: 1

   

Recommended Setup

• O-ring: (2 pieces) 3 mm × 55 mm (inner diameter)
• Clevis Pins : 2 pieces (Caliburn blaster take-down pins)

• Screw/Bolt:
  • (2 piece)  M3 × 25 mm screw (flat or normal), or
  • (4 pieces)  M3 × 12 mm set screws
  • Any type of M3 size bolt will work.

I have included the STEP file for the handle adapter so you can modify the hole size to fit your own broom stick if needed.
